This sounds like a book that I would enjoy reading!
Nice set up for the story. I found the first scene between the main characters amusing . I liked both of these people and wanted them to be together. And I rather enjoyed the obvious matchmaking from the parents. The setting made me want to spend time in a lake house. It sounds lovely.
I felt like the story dragged a bit in the middle where the relationship didn’t really move and there was a bit too much repetition of the facts throughout their story. But the story picks up again and we get to see a lovely happily ever after ending. So curl up by the fire and enjoy this wintery tale.
