When you sign up, you have several list options. You’ll want to check all the ones that you’re interested in.
New Releases
This newsletter comes out every Saturday morning and features all the books I’ve added to the site during the previous week. When I add a new release, I backdate it to the official release date (or close to it). If you drop by to check the front page, or if you get posts through a feed, facebook or twitter, you might miss some of these backdated books. If you’d like to see ALL the books I’ve added, you definitely want to check this option!
Special Offers—New!
Starting January 2017, New LDS Fiction will be sending out emails with special offers on fiction books by LDS authors. Similar to Book Bub and other special offer email services, we will let you know when books are running a promo or discount. This newsletter comes out every Saturday morning and features all the books I’ve added to the site during the previous week. Frequency of these emails depends upon the dates of the offers. Be sure to select this list if you want to get discounted and free books! If you’re an author, and you want your books to be included in this promo email, be sure to check the Authors & Publishers list for email schedules (see below).
Authors & Publishers
If you’re an author or publisher and you’re interested in upcoming promotional events, sponsorship opportunities, or other advertising specials, check this option. Expect an email once or twice a month. (You’ll want to sign up for the other options too—especially the New Releases—so you’ll know when I’ve added your book to the site.)
Giveaway Reminders
We do giveaways all the time. If you want a reminder, check this option. For the regular monthly giveaways, you’ll get one email announcing that it’s started and another email with a 24-hour warning. For other contests or giveaways (like the annual Book Cover Contest, the Read ‘Em All Challenge, and the Summer Book Trek) you’ll get emails about any pre-requisite activities, when it’s time to nominate or vote, and the start and last chance notices.
