Aahhhhhhh. That is what I said to myself at the end of this story. I’m so in the mood for sweet little Christmas stories this year (and it is only November) and this was perfect. There are some difficult topics included in the story so it isn’t all fluff. Joseph was an abused child and now has to care for his abandoned niece. Enter Ginger who must marry before Christmas in order to keep the magic of Christmas alive.
I love that Ms. McConnell broke from stereotypes in this series. Santa has no son so the role will be passed on to a daughter? A female Santa? I’ve never seen that before in a story. And she easily gave us a reason for all the sisters to have their own story. I hope the rest are as sweet as this one was. This one could easily be a Hallmark movie. I loved it. I’m going to start the next one now.
