This is a clean romance where everything is slightly predictable yet fun to read at the same time. I enjoyed the characters and especially enjoy banter between Caroline and Peter.
    ** spoiler alert **
Things I would have liked to have seen: Lady Caroline continuing to stand up to her awful mother even when she is not upset. How Lady Rockwell orchestrated Lady Caroline witnessing the treachery. What Lady Rockwell does after she is thwarted. Those might be spoilers for the story but I think we all know from the beginning they will happen.

    Sex: no, some mild innuendo
    Language: no
Violence: fencing gets a little rough
