Meanwhile, David Alexander, a decorated bomber pilot has returned to Aspen Falls, and Sophie catches his eye. Confused by the two vastly different choices of men, Sophie searches for answers from a heart that has betrayed her before.

When Sophie discovers a message inside a music box that Leland once owned, the pieces start to fit together. I was taken in with this story from the first page and couldn’t wait to see how Sophie made her decision between the two men she cared about. I loved the way it turned out. There were times I didn’t understand how she couldn’t see which man was right for her, but she finally came to her senses. I also enjoyed having characters from The Soldier’s Bride in this book too. This is a clean romance story.
