I had kind of a mixed reaction to this book. On one hand, it was full of emotion and heartbreak and I thought the writing was very well done. But I had a hard time liking the main character for most of the story. I realize she’s experienced more pain and trauma than most at her young age, but she just came across to me as mean for much of the book. She pushed everyone away and was not always a very nice person. But she did do some growing and changing and I did like the way everything ended.
