I loved this book from start to finish! It was great to be back at Tanglewood! This is the second book in the series, but does stand-alone. Trust me though, you will want to read both books. I enjoyed the first one so much, that I was a bit worried this one wouldn’t live up to my expectations. Well, it definitely did!

I loved Cora! She was kind and good and caring. She searched beyond actions to see what was in a person’s heart. She made me want to be a better person. She was also stubborn and a bit naïve. She was just darling!

Jonathan was a bit surly to begin with, but that’s not who he really was. I enjoyed watching the effect Cora had on him. She brought his goodness to the forefront once again. He adored Cora! His love for her was clear through his actions. They are such a good match!

There are so many great supporting characters. Mr. Shepard is one of my favorite characters in the series. I also loved Watts. And it was wonderful to see Lord and Lady Drayson and Lady Harriet again!

I love Rachael Anderson’s writing! I’m so glad she ventured into the Regency world (my favorite time period). She has given me two of my favorite books, and I’m sure book three in the series will join them.

I received a complimentary copy of the book. I have given my honest opinion.

Another delightful read. I enjoyed the first one and this one as well. Looking forward to the third.
Clean and fun. Spunky female who is a delightful leader of people and a deplorable housekeeper. He is a handsome romantic with horrible taste in art. I enjoyed the couple’s banter. But I pity him for his in-laws…
